A cleaning work order should include the customer name and address, property type and size, a room-by-room checklist, cleaning products used, special instructions, and access or key information. It should also capture start and end times, a quality inspection section, supplies restocked, and both team lead and customer signatures for accountability.
List each room or area of the property on the work order (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas) with specific tasks under each. Include items like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies so your crew can check off each task as they complete it.
