By creating an account, accessing, or using RevoField (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and RevoField ("RevoField," "we," "us," or "our"). By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
RevoField will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by trade professionals and service companies, not for personal or consumer use.
RevoField is offered on a subscription basis. Details of each plan, including features, user limits, and pricing, are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, features, and pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment is not received within 14 days, we may suspend or terminate your account. You remain liable for all unpaid amounts.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where required by law. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
We may offer a free trial period for new customers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial terms, including duration and available features, are described on our website and may change at our discretion.
Trial accounts are subject to the same Terms as paid accounts, except that no subscription fees apply during the trial period. We reserve the right to terminate trial accounts at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, if we believe you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service, including all software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by RevoField or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by RevoField. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products without obligation to you.
You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload, submit, or store in the Service, including customer information, job records, invoices, photos, and documents ("Your Content"). RevoField does not claim ownership of Your Content.
You grant RevoField a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you, maintain and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload and use Your Content in the Service. You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You may export Your Content at any time through the Service's built-in export functionality. Upon termination of your account, you will have 30 days to export Your Content before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe), mapping providers, email and SMS delivery services, and push notification services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RevoField is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.
When you use integrated third-party services, you may be required to authorize the transfer of certain data between RevoField and those services. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms of any third-party service you choose to use.
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We may also terminate your account with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the Service or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain Your Content for 30 days after termination to allow for reactivation or data export, after which Your Content will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVOFIELD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REVOFIELD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevoField, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RevoField is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@revofield.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.
You agree that any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RevoField regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or infrastructure outages.
