Platform Features
From first call to final invoice — RevoField covers every step of the job lifecycle in one unified platform built for trade professionals.
Explore all featuresMore than 90% of customers check Google reviews before hiring a contractor. We're building Reputation Automation into RevoField so it will automatically request a review after every completed job, route happy customers to Google, and intercept unhappy ones before they post.
Unhappy customers leave reviews automatically. Happy customers need to be asked — at exactly the right moment, in exactly the right way.
The customer who had a bad experience posts a 1-star review within hours. The 20 happy customers from the same week never thought to leave a review. Your rating tanks unfairly.
Techs rarely remember to ask. When they do, it's awkward in person. Customers say "sure!" and then never do it. A manual process for review collection produces near-zero results.
Customers search "plumber near me" and see your competitor with 284 reviews at 4.8 stars next to your 31 reviews at 3.9. That decision is made in 3 seconds — and you lose before they even read your website.
When a technician marks a job complete in the RevoField app, the reputation engine will activate automatically. No button to click, no form to fill out — it will trigger from the job completion event.
A branded SMS will go out: "Hi Sarah — how did your service go today? Rate your experience." Short, personal, and timed perfectly while the positive experience is still fresh in their mind.
Customers who rate 4 or 5 stars will see a prompt: "Would you share your experience on Google?" One tap will open the Google review form — pre-filled with your business. The whole process will take about 45 seconds.
Customers who rate 1–3 stars will be shown a private feedback form: "We're sorry — tell us what went wrong and we'll make it right." Their feedback will go to your inbox, not Google. You resolve it privately.
Every Google review will appear in the RevoField reputation dashboard. You'll be able to respond to reviews, track your rating trend, and see which technicians earn the best scores — all without leaving the app.
Reviews are the #1 driver of new service calls. Here's how RevoField will systematically maximize them.
The moment a job is complete, RevoField will send a personalized SMS with the technician's name and a one-tap rating link. No manual follow-up, no forgetting.
Customers who rate 1–3 stars will be shown a private "tell us what went wrong" form — not a Google review button. Their feedback will go straight to your owner inbox so you can call, apologize, and fix it before it becomes a public 1-star review.
You'll be able to monitor and respond to reviews from one dashboard. No logging in and out of different accounts. See your rating, respond to reviews, and never miss a new post again.
Every review will be tagged to the technician who did the job. You'll see each tech's average rating, review volume, and trending keywords. Identify what your top-rated techs do differently and train your whole team to replicate it.
Responding to reviews boosts your Google ranking and shows prospective customers you care. RevoField will generate a personalized suggested reply for every review, mentioning the tech and specific details — one click to post it.
The reputation dashboard will show your rating trend, review velocity, and which months saw the most growth — so you can measure the impact of automated review collection.
No. Asking customers to leave reviews is allowed by Google. What is against their policy is paying for reviews, creating fake reviews, or selectively filtering. RevoField's planned Reputation Automation will send requests to all customers and route feedback intelligently based on the customer's rating, in compliance with Google's guidelines.
When this feature launches, customers will see a rating screen (1–5 stars) after a completed job. Those who select 4 or 5 stars will be directed to Google. Those who select 1–3 stars will see a private feedback form instead. Their feedback will go to your inbox only, giving you a chance to resolve the issue before it becomes a public review.
Reputation Automation is currently in development. We do not have an exact launch date yet, but it is a priority on our roadmap. Sign up for a free RevoField trial to be notified as soon as it launches.
We plan to support Google Business Profile at launch, with Yelp, Facebook, and Angi planned for future updates. You will be able to configure which platform(s) to direct happy customers to.
Yes, that is the plan. You will be able to customize the SMS text, email subject and body, timing (immediate, 30 min, 2 hours), and follow-up sequence. Technician and customer names will be included via personalization tokens.
When launched, Reputation Automation will trigger for all completed jobs by default. You will be able to exclude specific job types if needed (e.g., internal admin jobs, warranty callbacks). Different messages for different service categories or technicians are also planned.
